You'll receive it by email within 48 hours of dispatch. Check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived.

HOW TO TRACK

Paste your tracking number into 17track.net. It recognises most international carriers automatically.

TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED

Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first scan after dispatch. That's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

If it hasn't updated in 72 hours, email support@footrenew.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier ourselves. You don't have to do that part.

DELIVERY WINDOW

Standard delivery is [7–12 business days] from dispatch, not from when you ordered.
